Registering for the 2008 EGA Fall Retreat

To register, log-in as a member on the EGA website and go to the “Event Registration” tab on the top menu bar in the Member Area. Please contact the EGA office at 646-747-2655 or for assistance.

Non-member funders and speakers at the retreat, please contact the EGA office at 646-747-2655 or for access to the registration site.

Retreat Registration Fees

Include all activities listed on the agenda except where supplemental fees are noted.  No additional EGA registration fee is required for partners or children.  Non-member registration is limited. 

Retreat registration does not include hotel or meals.  Please see the following page for hotel fees and book your hotel room and/or meal costs separately. 

If you are attending only one day of the Retreat and/or not lodging at Mohonk Mountain House, you must also pay a Commuter Daily Rate of $50 for grounds fee.  Meals are extra.  Please download a commuter form from the EGA website and submit directly to Mohonk with payment. 

Before August 21, 2008:

Mohonk Mountain House Rates

Reserve your hotel room by August 12, 2008

Please call the Mohonk Mountain House directly at 1-800-772-6646 or 845-255-1000.  Be sure to mention that you are with the EGA Fall Retreat. 

Check-in

Check in time is 4:00pm.  Checkout is 2:00pm.  The Retreat officially starts with our Sunday evening opening reception and dinner and ends with Wednesday’s lunch. 

Note: On Weds, those staying into the afternoon may check out by 2 PM and store your luggage at guest services until departure.

EGA Institutes take place on Sunday morning and afternoon.  Lodging rates are subject to 15% gratuity (covers tipping) as well as applicable local and New York State taxes.  Retreat meals covered by your package rate at Mohonk begin with reception/dinner on Sunday evening and end with lunch on Wednesday.

There is a block of rooms available for Friday and Saturday nights for registrants attending Pre-Retreat trips.  Space is limited so make your reservations early. 

• Single occupancy per night: $263.00
• Double occupancy per night per person: $210.00

Daily Commuter Rates

For registered attendees not lodging at Mohonk, there is a $50/day grounds fee plus the cost of meals you will attend: Breakfast $32/day, Lunch $43/day and Dinner $50/day. Download a copy of the Commuter Fee form here. Payment is made directly to Mohonk Mountain House.
