Retreat InformationOn this website, you will find complete 2007 Fall Retreat details––including the program, registration forms, and an up-to-date participant list––as well as useful links for more information about the Hyatt Tamaya, local weather, things to see and do and more. We will also post any preparatory materials or links to program topics provided by session leaders. Access to the Member AreaIf you do not already have a password for the Member Area of the EGA website, please register online, email for help, or call 646.747.2655. Register and Submit Payment through www.ega.orgHelp us practice what we preach. Registering for the Fall Retreat electronically is a faster, more efficient process that allows us to save time, energy, paper and other resources. Visit the Member Area to submit your registration form and pay your registration fees (with a major credit card). Online registrants are automatically added to the participant list and emailed a registration confirmation. LodgingHyatt Regency Tamaya Resort & Spa Child CareChildren of all ages are welcome at the Fall Retreat. For babysitting services, call the Hyatt Tamaya concierge at 505.771.6060 to make arrangements. The cost is $10 per hour per child with a four hour minimum. There is also a Camp Tamaya program for children ages 3 – 12. Please make your reservation at least 24 hours in advance. High Speed InternetInternet is available in all guest rooms and at select spots throughout the hotel. Wireless is available for a daily fee of $12 through T-mobile, wired connections are slightly less expensive. There is no wireless in the meeting rooms. WeatherThe average temperatures in late September on Santa Ana Pueblo are a low of 45° F and a high of 75° F with mostly sunny skies. Average monthly rainfall for September is just over one inch. The altitude is 5500 feet, which is considered the high desert, and may be an adjustment for those from lower altitudes. DressDress is casual at this year’s Retreat. No bathing suits in the fine dining room! But don’t forget your bathing suit if you want to use the pool or the health club/spa. Be sure to bring layers for the cool evenings and warmer days.
