The Walton Family Foundation is seeking a skilled, highly motivated and entrepreneurial individual to join the foundation’s DC office as an Executive Assistant. The Executive Assistant provides administrative support to the Director of the Environment Program and will also provide grant making support to program staff. The ideal candidate will have a willingness to learn about the foundation’s environment program area. While the position’s primary duties are administrative support, it offers direct experience and exposure to the foundation’s work. The position will be located in our Washington, D.C. office.

The Office Manager will manage projects that are critical to the support of the office and foundation and will also provide grant making support to program staff. The Office Manager will be the face of the office as the person sitting at the front desk and answering the phone. The ideal candidate will have a willingness to learn about the foundation’s environment program area. While the position’s primary duties are administrative support, it offers direct experience and exposure to the foundation’s work. The position will be located in our Washington, D.C. office.

The primary function of the full-time Junior Associate is to support the Environment Program Director in programmatic and administrative matters on a daily basis. The Program Junior Associate reports directly to the Environment Program Director and works closely with the small, dedicated Foundation team.

 The Program Officer is a position that reflects the Jessie Smith Noyes Foundation’s increasing commitment to funding at the intersection of various issues and movements, with an emphasis on the places where Noyes’ longtime funding priorities (environmental justice, reproductive rights, and sustainable agriculture and food systems) intersect. The Program Officer would manage the Environmental Justice funding portfolio, and would collaborate with the Program Director for Sustainable Agriculture and Food Systems and the Program Director of Reproductive Rights to identify and pursue cross-movement or cross-issue funding opportunities.
