While the position’s primary duties are administrative support, it offers direct experience and exposure to the foundation’s work. The position will be located in our Washington, D.C. office.

The Office Manager will manage projects that are critical to the support of the office and foundation and will also provide grant making support to program staff. The Office Manager will be the face of the office as the person sitting at the front desk and answering the phone. The ideal candidate will have a willingness to learn about the foundation’s environment program area. While the position’s primary duties are administrative support, it offers direct experience and exposure to the foundation’s work. The position will be located in our Washington, D.C. office.

The primary function of the full-time Junior Associate is to support the Environment Program Director in programmatic and administrative matters on a daily basis. The Program Junior Associate reports directly to the Environment Program Director and works closely with the small, dedicated Foundation team.
