Funder Briefing: 2012 Climate and Energy Opportunities in the Northeast

The Climate and Energy Funders Group/CGBD and Environmental Grantmakers Association invite you to the 2012 Northeast Funders Meeting. Please join us for a conversation with funders and advocates around opportunities to further move climate and clean energy policy in the Northeast. The goals of this meeting are to:

1. Give funders a clear understanding of each other’s strategies and an overall picture of the funding landscape in the NE.
2. Understand the impact of changes in the political landscape and how best to respond.
3. Identify other climate and clean energy opportunities that are not currently underway.
4. Explore possible opportunities for follow up conversations, coordination, or collaboration, as well as how our respective grants leverage each other.
 

Optional Dinner (funder only, $80 fee) on Monday, December 3, 6:00 pm
Location: Mamma Maria, 3 North Square, Boston

Day long convening on Tuesday, December 4, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm
Location: Barr Foundation, The Pilot House, 2 Atlantic Avenue, Boston
No fee. Breakfast and lunch will be provided
