The Charles Stewart Mott Foundation is seeking a Manager of Investment Operations to oversee all investment operations functions within the Charles Stewart Mott Foundation’s investment office. Reporting to Nancy Orr, Chief Investment Officer, and overseeing a staff of three team members, this role will be responsible for managing investment accounting, reporting, cash management, investment execution, document and research management support, and vendor management. This full-time position is based at the Investment Department’s office in Troy, Michigan, with some remote work. (Please note that effective late summer 2026, the Investment office will be relocating to Ann Arbor, Michigan.)
