EGA is excited to be hiring for three full-time positions: Strategic Partnerships Director, Program Director, and Membership Program Coordinator.
Strategic Partnerships Director
Reporting to the COO, the Strategic Partnerships Director will be responsible for leading several of EGA’s long- and short-term initiatives and is essential to the successful implementation of key programs. The Strategic Partnerships Director has overall responsibility for managing relationships with our membership in support of innovation for special programs, projects and operations. They manage managers, and cross train junior staff in content, operations, relationships and are a mentor on process, culture and the implementation of racial equity at EGA. The Strategic Partnerships Director develops and implements plans and objectives with functional strategies for their sub function and develops budgets, policies, or procedures to support the Association’s infrastructure.
Strategic Partnerships Director manages EGA's membership of 200+ foundations and giving programs,s to build a network of peers dedicated to transformative learning, mutual accountability, and courageous action. The Strategic Partnerships Director manages experiments and priority projects, and leads facilitation of funder-to-funder collaboration to help us achieve our strategic framework while bringing in our Racial Equity POV to all decisions.
Program Director
Reporting to the COO, the Program Director will be responsible for leading internal alignment of several of EGA’s long term initiatives and successful implementation of key programs. The Program Director has overall responsibility for alignment of programs and event operations. They are continually on the lookout for development opportunities that support staff in content development, operations, and programmatic infrastructure needs. The successful candidate is a ready, willing and able mentor on process, cultural matters and supports the alignment of all of the above with the implementation of racial equity at EGA. The Program Director implements internal plans and objectives with functional strategies for the overall program success. They are a resource hub for budgets, policies, or procedures to support the Association’s infrastructure.
Membership Program Coordinator
The Membership Program Coordinator will connect our community through in-person signature events, virtual events, communications, and new tools and research for boosting collective learning and knowledge. The coordinator is an online organizer for EGA; streamlining communications across the organization, using technology to implement new strategic approaches to engaging EGA membership with the organization's website, programs and communications. This Coordinator also provides ample administrative support while organizing the membership virtually and at events.
