Join Ellen Dorsey, Wallace Global Fund and John Palfrey, MacArthur Foundation on October 18 for an important conversation about the climate movement and systemic racism.

You are invited to join an important conversation about the climate movement and systemic racism in the United States on:

                                                                    Monday, October 18, 2021
From 2:00 to 3:30 PM (EST)

We often hear that “durable” US climate policy requires bipartisan buy- in and agreement, but lasting, and meaningful, climate policy also requires a people-powered movement that can maintain and enhance a functioning democracy and hold elected officials accountable.

Grassroots organizers across the country are bringing their communities together to design, define, and fight for ambitious climate action that centers equity. Their goal is bold and righteous: to build a nonviolent movement that has equal and opposite power to the militant white nationalists and their corporate allies.

Join the conversation to hear about Arm in Arm and the Red, Black, and Green New Deal.
